Product search in our E-Shop
Use “Categories” in order to find a specific type of item in our shop. The products are listed in the alphabetic order, but using a search module on the top right side of the page you can sort the products by the price range or by model. On the left side of the page, you can also sort products by brands.
If you have selected several items to choose from, you can choose the option “Add to Compare”, where it will be easier for you to compare not only the style of the items, but also the technical data.
Adding a product to the shopping cart and checkout
You can add selected items to the shopping cart directly from the description page of the product or from the comparison page. After that you will proceed to the checkout.
When making a purchase, you can choose a suitable delivery method or you can pick up the product from our store at Lastekodu 18, Tallinn. The cost of transport depends on the size and weight of the ordered items.
You have an option to purchase the item as a non-registered user (guest) or you can register filling the form at the checkout.
Make sure that the address and contact details are correct in order to avoid problems with the delivery of ordered goods.
After checkout process you will be offered to choose a payment option:
- Paying immediately through the online-banking (Swed and SEB bank)
- We will send you an invoice for prepayment in PDF format
Please note that the estimated delivery time will start after successful transaction or settlement. In case you do the payment through online-banking, after finalizing the transaction please return to the main page using “Back to purchase” button.
Delivery and warranty
For every particular product, there is a specified delivery time. This time is calculated as “expected maximum time”, however in most cases, the ordered goods are delivered faster than indicated.
We use a variety of transportation options for delivering products. In most cases, we use our own transport, Omniva, Smartpost or Cargobus. As mentioned previously, there is also an option of picking up the goods directly from our store at Lastekodu 18, Tallinn.
Make sure to check the condition of the products upon arrival. If for any reason, the goods are broken or damaged, document the evidence in the presence of our courier and notify us as soon as possible by e-mail or phone, which you can find on our website. If possible, take a picture of the damages as well. It will be difficult to meet claims of the external defects of the products later on.
There is a 2-year warranty for every product. The invoice serves as a proof of the warranty.
Warranty does not cover sources of light and bulbs.
Return policy
In case you discover an internal defect in the product within 14 days after delivery, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
If the product does not suit your needs for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days after delivery. The product must be in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. We will return the money within 14 days after acceptance of goods at our warehouse. We do not compensate the cost of delivery.
In case you decide to replace the product with another from our store, we will charge the related to/from cost of delivery and the difference in products’ cost.
